A. Professional Services means a process of providing various types of Professional Services by Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or Lawyer / Advocate to the Founders/Business Owners for their growth & maintaining the operation of their Business.
B. Types of professional services are:
1. Chartered Accountant (CA) services includes;
- Statutory & Internal Auditing.
- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements with Audit Report.
- Compliances related to Direct & Indirect Taxation.
- Special Investigation in Financial Matters.
- Cost Accountancy & Management Consultancy etc.
2. Company Secretary (CS) services includes;
- Taking care in respect of preparation of all the Secretarial Records like Compliances related to Board of Directors, Shareholders Meeting including Annual General Body Meeting.
- Timely Filing of all the Statutory Returns, Formation of Company/LLP with other related Documents etc.
3. Lawyer / Advocate services includes;
- Legal Advice & Representation to their Clients.
- Negotiate & Settlement.
- Draft Legal Documents.
- Conducting Legal Research.
- Protecting Client's Rights & Interests in the Legal System etc.
C. The professional services can be availed on a one-time basis, monthly or yearly basis as per the requirement of the business.
Our Scope of Services:
- In detail discussion with the Founder/Business Owner to understand the requirement and accordingly the scope of services is defined from the required professional.
- Preparation of detailed Scope of Services Mandate and sharing with the Founders/Business Owners for their review and approval.
- Timely review is being conducted to ensure all the required tasks are adhered to as per agreement.
- If at all there is any change required in the scope of services due to changes in the nature of business, govt. polices or other reason/s then revision in the scope is also done.
